EuropeSIM is an online travel eSIM marketplace. We sell digital eSIM data plans that allow customers to stay connected while travelling across Europe and other supported destinations.

All orders are processed digitally and the eSIM details (QR code and installation instructions) are delivered electronically after a successful payment. There are no physical goods to ship.

Customers are responsible for verifying that their device supports eSIM technology and is carrier-unlocked before completing a purchase. EuropeSIM is not responsible for incompatibility with the customer's device.

Customers must provide accurate contact information at checkout — including a valid email address and phone number — so that the eSIM and order confirmations can be delivered correctly.

EuropeSIM reserves the right to suspend, cancel or refuse any order that is suspected of fraud or that violates these terms. In such cases the customer will be notified at the email address provided.

Service availability, network speed and coverage depend on the local mobile network partners in each destination country. EuropeSIM does not operate the underlying mobile networks and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

By placing an order on EuropeSIM, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
